This 3-hour tour allows you to pedal through scenic winding trails and beachfront pathways to our favorite beach club – The Sky Reef. Meet us at the Beach Bum Cozumel store located in the Palmar Condominiums commercial center on the Main Ocean Road next to the Eagle Rider Harley Davidson rental store, about 2 blocks north of the Park Royal Resort. More details are provided upon receiving confirmation.
Participants may pay with all credit cards via our online booking system. To confirm your booking, you must submit full payment or deposit as prompted at checkout. A security deposit of $20 USD is required per participant. The security deposit must be paid via credit card or cash at the tour office upon checking-in for your tour. This tour involves riding into the streets of the beautiful island of Cozumel and sometimes may require riding along with other vehicles. This tour is NOT recommended for people who have not ridden a bike for more than 6 months. Participants must be a minimum of 12 years of age and at least 5 feet (1.50 cm) tall. All guests must have a general knowledge of bike riding and feel comfortable doing so. Guests must be able to get on and off the electric bicycle and ride the bicycle independently. This tour cannot accommodate guests with back, knee, or other mobility issues. Our tours usually operate in light rain and other moderate weather conditions; however, the tour may be canceled in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, with a full refund. All participants must meet age and weight requirements. All participants must be 12 years or older and cannot exceed 280 lbs in order to participate. Severe Weather Conditions: In the event of an active "Red Flag", "Black Flag" or "official port closure" issued by the Port and Coast Administration, we reserve the right to divert, change, reduce or modify the tour without prior notice, subject to No partial or full refund, since we cannot predict these natural events and have no control over them. Only in the event of severe weather which may challenge the safety of the client and making the tour FULLY inoperable, may the tour be canceled by the tour provider, and only, in this case, may the client receive a refund minus any fees incurred during the booking process. To cancel your activity, written notification must be sent to [email protected]. For a full refund, cancel up to 7 days prior to the scheduled departure. Cancellations received between 6 and 4 days prior to the scheduled departure date will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations 3 days prior to tour departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations or "no-shows" are 100% non-refundable.
Sanitary Protocol We have implemented a cohesive sanitary protocol to maintain a safe and virus-free environment. Our measures include the following: For Electric Bike rentals and tours: Bikes and helmets will be sanitized daily and after each use with a medical-grade disinfectant spray. All surfaces throughout the store will be disinfected hourly and after each visit. Guests will be provided with antibacterial gel (70% alcohol-based) upon reception. As a state requirement, all guests must have their temperature checked upon reception to be permitted on the tour. Staff must properly wear facemasks throughout the execution of the tour and within the work area. We have updated our check-in process to ensure a "zero contact" procedure.
